Additional Cover

By special agreement, cover can be extended to higher sums and/or other matters including:

• disputes relating to shipbuilding contracts
• disputes concerning ship sale and purchase contracts
• ship finance contract or ships’ mortgage/hypothecation disputes
• criminal and administrative and/or regulatory summary offence proceedings against the assured relating to the named vessel unless intentional misconduct involved
